Especially with modern very tightly woven rope constructions such as Runner Twin you reach limits with the metal needles. The SoftFit consists a white dyneema coat and coloured Dyneema hollow braid. To splice them putt the plug end to end in the white coat from SoftFit. Using a thin splicing needle pulling now the coloured end of SoftFit through the long part of the rope.
