Die Racingscheibe entspricht im unteren Teil der Originalscheibe, hat aber in der Mitte eine kuppelartige Erhöhung. Dadurch wird der Helm vom Winddruck entlastet und die Aerodynamik verbessert.

1988 wurde die sportliche Scheibe mit Abrisskanten entwickelt, die in geduckter Sitzposition den Luftwiderstand verringerten. Bei Messungen der Zeitschrift Motorrad wurde z.B. bei einer KAWASAKI ZZR 1100 eine um 5 km/h höhere Topspeed gemessen. Im Jahre 1992 ging die Entwicklung weiter und ermöglichte es, Scheiben mit einer Abrisskante so zu produzieren, dass keine Verzerrungen entstehen. 1994 stellte MRA als erster Hersteller die Racingscheiben (double bubble) vor. In den folgenden Jahren errangen namhafte Fahrer GP-Siege und Weltmeisterschaften auf GP-Maschinen mit MRA-Racingscheiben.
MRA ist stolz darauf, dass weltweit viele Hersteller und Rennteams auf MRA-Produkte vertrauen da im Rennsport nur auf Spitzentechnologie gesetzt wird.
Aber auch für Tourenfahrer zeigen die MRA-Ingenieure ihr Können und ihre Kreativität. Das Jüngstes Beispiel ist die X-CREEN Serie. Vielfältiger und individueller ließ sich noch keine Spoiler-Scheibe einstellen. Der kleine Spoiler lässt sich in Höhe, Winkel und Abstand zur Scheibe verstellen und macht die Scheibe zum Multitalent.

But MRA engineers also show their skills and creativity for touring drivers. The latest example is the X-CREEN series. No spoiler disc could be adjusted to be more varied and individual. The small spoiler can be adjusted in height, angle and distance to the pane and makes the pane a multi-talent.
